Most of my clients
are just regular working people who have been blindsided by an IRS Wage
Garnishment. They find out that as much as 80% of their next paycheck will be
going to IRS. They panic. They hyperventilate.
Then they get on
the Internet and look for help. That's how 100% of my IRS Wage Garnishment
Release clients find me.
If you just got the
bad news from your employer or if you just received an IRS Notice of Intent to
Levy, you don't have time to waste, do you?
If you call IRS
yourself and talk to them on the phone, are you going to believe everything
you're told by the people whose job is to collect as much money from you as
possible as fast as they can? Will you be experienced enough to tell the truth
from the bluff?
Are you willing to
bet 80% of your next paycheck that you can convince IRS to "let you have their
money"? After all, they consider it their money.

Under no circumstances will IRS representatives be allowed to
contact you regarding your IRS Wage Garnishment Release once I am your Power of
Attorney. After all, that's my job and I'm very good at it.

Please don't
confuse me with mean and arrogant "professionals". I'm really an
easy-going guy and I use my "charm"
(or what little I have of it) to
your advantage when I talk to IRS on the telephone about your IRS
Wage Garnishment Release. I use tough language and impose strict
terms on this web site because you must understand that my clients
and their families are depending on me to perform the impossible
faster than possible in order to save their paychecks. I take my
responsibility to my clients very seriously (as I will do with you)
and I cannot afford to waste precious time. And neither can you. So
let's talk. |

to get your IRS Wage Garnishment
Release, I will fax you one more set of
paperwork you must complete and fax back
to me. I can begin your IRS Wage
Garnishment Release work without it, but
I must have it before I can fax the
Release to you and your employer.
All of
the above information absolutely must be
received before I will be able to
knowledgeably discuss your case with
IRS. Your failure to provide this
information ASAP will cause costly
delays and may result in your loss of
up to 80% of the your take-home pay from
one or more of your paychecks. The sooner you get
this information to me, the faster and
more accurately and the more efficiently and
the more effectively I will be able to
get your IRS Wage Garnishment Release.
So get these things to me immediately.
If this means staying up late tonight to
get everything together, or working all
weekend to do it, then do it.
Your dedication to this matter is as
critical as my own. Without you first
doing your part, you cannot expect me to
do my part. And you won't like the
result if I can't do my part, because
the result will be an IRS Wage
Garnishment that will take much-needed
cash from your paycheck.
Clients who show a dedication to their
own IRS Wage Garnishment Release will get priority over
all clients who do not. Your failure to
provide all of this information to me
within a maximum of 48 hours of your
decision to use me will result in me
dropping you as a client as either
disinterested or unwilling to give this
matter the proper attention it demands
and deserves. Such action will result in
your forfeiture of all deposits and fees
previously paid as a penalty for
misusing valuable time that could have
been devoted to other clients.
You may initially fax just the Power of
Attorney and your payment information to
me, but the remainder of the information
must all be faxed at the same time in
a single fax
within 48 hours. Please fax any
additional requested information in one batch
as it will allow me to begin immediately
on your IRS Wage Garnishment Release.
Fax this information in one complete
set to me at 817/263-9553. Cover sheet
requested with number of pages included
in the fax.
Note: This information is
absolutely critical and your failure to
provide it cannot be tolerated as many
other taxpayers similar to you are
depending on me to effectively provide a
critical service to them. Your failure
to follow these rules will result in
your willing disqualification from my
client list and database and your
immediate forfeiture of all deposits and
fees previously paid.
I can only accept dedicated troubled
taxpayers as clients. I cannot waste my
time on slow or inattentive clients
because it will take valuable time away
from those who prove themselves to be
dedicated and trustworthy.
The
following information might be requested
by IRS if they want to verify some of
these expenses and should therefore be
faxed to me immediately:
1.
Copy of divorce decree page one
and the page(s) that list(s) alimony
and/or child support information. Also
the signature and date page.
2.
Copy of 3 months' child
support and/or alimony checks. If child
support is deducted from your paycheck,
then your pay stub will be sufficient.
3.
Copy of three months' childcare
checks and/or invoices.
4.
Support for 3 months of medical expenses
(checks and receipts) if they total over
$300 per month (not including and
medical insurance deducted on your pay
stub). IRS usually requires verification
of such high medical expenses, so it is
best to have this documentation ready
for them ahead of time.
5.
Support for any other specific expenses
or information that I have requested. |
