Nothing I can say
about me is nearly as impressive as what my clients say about how I got their
IRS Wage Garnishment Release quickly and effectively.
I recently received
a package from UPS and I knew I hadn't order anything, so I wondered
what it contained.
Much to my
surprise, it contained two boxes of vanilla Moon Pies! I had jokingly suggested
to a single mom who couldn't afford to pay my fee that she "could send me two
boxes of vanilla Moon Pies - not chocolate - because I like the vanilla ones and
I really don't like chocolate that much."
She had searched
the Internet and found an online company that sells
Candy You Ate As
A Kid and had them send me the treat.
It was highly
impressive to know that someone who could barely feed her own family was so
thankful that she spent that precious money to show her appreciation.
And to think I have
clients who won't pay me after I do the same for them when they might feel just
a little financial
pinch - but not like that nice woman did.
It's people like
her and these others who really make my work enjoyable when I negotiate another
IRS Wage Garnishment Release for an appreciative client.

IRS WAGE GARNISHMENT RELEASE
SERVICES
Just a few of my Clients' Stories and Letters
to read ...
Please note that I perform this service on a very regular basis and do not post all of the wage and bank levies that I get released. Occasionally I will add a testimonial just to keep the dates fairly current.
Almost all of the levy release work I perform is accomplished in 2 to 5 days.
I'm beginning to add some recorded testimonials that you
should listen to - real people calling up a service I use and
leaving messages in their own voices and words:

One of
our fastest ever. Less than an hour!
Friday
10:00 a.m.
We
received a frantic email from Karin G in New Jersey.
She had just received her paycheck from The Home
Depot. The amount of the paycheck was $0.00
Her
paystub noted an IRS Levy for $1,400.00.
As
a single mom with three kids and her mother living
with her, things looked bleak.
We
emailed her back telling her what we could do for
her.
Friday
3:00 p.m.
We received all the
necessary paperwork from a very troubled Karin G. We
called her back before the fax machine had kicked
out all the forms. Told her we'd get right on it.
IRS would shut down for the long holiday weekend at
6:00. We were on the phone with IRS 2 minutes
later.
Friday
3:55 p.m.
We emailed and called
Karin G. and left a message for her on her cell
phone. The deal was done. We had her IRS Levy
Release and were faxing it to her payroll
department.
Mission accomplished. Enjoy your holiday weekend,
Karin.
Is
this a great country or what? |

Jeff,
I can't begin to express my profound thanks for your help in
lifting this levy, but here goes: as an independent
contractor, the IRS was going to take 100% of my paycheck,
leaving me with nothing at all until the tax was paid off.
That would have taken me nearly a year! I was notified on
Friday morning by the company's payroll
department and was told that I had to get the IRS to release
the levy by Wednesday if I wanted to avoid
having all of my paycheck garnished. I called you that
Friday afternoon after locating you through a web search.
You sounded just like a good friend of mine who has a
reputation for solving problems. I felt completely at ease
with you, and greatly appreciated the time you took to
explain to me what you were planning to do, and what I would
be agreeing (through you) to do.
I was able to fax all the information you needed to you on
Monday around noon EDT. Imagine my surprise ... no,
astonishment is a better word ... when you called me that
very same day at 5:00pm EDT to tell me that you had the levy
lifted and that I'd be getting a full paycheck!
I am so impressed with your speed and professionalism. My
jaw is still open at the speed with which you did this.
You are a superlatively remarkable person. Thank you for
offering your talent to those of us in need.

For any
of you who may be skeptical of Jeff Parrack, rest
assured this man knows what he's doing. I opened a
letter on Saturday morning May 1, 2004 from my employer,
a very large corporation, informing me my wages would be
garnished in the amount of $23,000 plus to begin May 6,
2004 for back taxes. On Sunday morning, I searched the
web out of desperation and found Jeff''s website. I
emailed Jeff thinking maybe I would hear from him on
Monday. To my surprise a few minutes later Jeff
responded to my email assuring me he could help. The
same day, I faxed Jeff my POA and other documents he
requested. On Monday I spoke to Jeff for the first time.
He had already been in contact with the IRS and had the
garnishment released in less than 24 hours.
Jeff faxed the release to my
employer on Tuesday morning by a 10:00 a.m. deadline.
Payroll is finalized every Tuesday morning at 10:00 a.m. for the previous week.
Amy, in my payroll department, released the levy and
took it completely off my record as if it had never
happened. Jeff accepted my payment arrangements with no
questions asked. I worked out an agreement to Jeff's total
fee within about 10 days. I was not about to keep
Jeff hanging for his money. Jeff saved me big time.
Jeff, THANK YOU!

I received a
wage levy on a Saturday. The paper work said
I could keep $300.00 a week (I bring home $700 a
week) to support my 2 children and wife!! My life runs
on a $700 a week budget. I owed a lot of money to the
IRS!!!
On that
Monday I called the IRS and tried to get the wage levy
lifted and to become classified non-collectable.....
LOL.. Didn't work for me. I searched the internet on
Tuesday and called Jeff. He returned my call within 2
hours. He quoted me what I considered a very reasonable
price and I said I needed to think about it. By the next
day (Wednesday) the stress was killing me and I asked
Jeff to proceed hoping I would hear something in a week
or 2 (This is the IRS...right !!) Jeff called me mid-day
Thursday (the next day!) and had both the levy lifted
and I was classified non-collectible. If you are reading
this...you are probably stressed (as I was), so do
yourself a favor. Spend the little bit to save a lot!!
I have no problem with Jeff putting you in contact with
me for a personal reference! Mark in

"Thanks for being there when I had no
place to turn! I thought I would lose my home, car, and
everything! Because the past couple of years have brought
extraordinary financial difficulties, it was particularly
distressing when my employer said she would have to
garnish my wages per the IRS.
I immediately went to the Internet and
yours was the first site I came across. It was laid out
concisely and it seemed too good to be true. Then when I
called the toll-free number and you answered personally, I
was flabbergasted.
But the real shock came when after
explaining my situation, you gave me exact instructions
for resolving it and within 3 days I was no longer in
danger of having my wages attached. And guess what? When
you call the IRS to check up on him, it's legit. He
actually does exactly what he says he can do. Amazing you
say? Totally possible with Mr. Jeff Parrack - miracle
worker. Mr. Parrack is straightforward, efficient,
reasonable and most of all HONEST."

"Please find enclosed final payment for the IRS Levy Release you were able to obtain on my behalf.
After receiving the levy, I contacted another individual who claimed to perform similar services. I visited with
this individual briefly via telephone and frankly was quite discouraged. I subsequently contacted you with the same set of facts. It was during our conversation that I clearly knew I wanted you to represent me before the IRS with this issue. From our first contact you took
the initiative and approached my situation with an aggressive and proactive stance, truly working for what was feasible and manageable for me.
I would highly recommend your services to anyone in a similar position with the IRS. Your
handled all aspects of this matter in a professional and timely manner." Elaine K, Cheney KS

"Hi Jeff,
Tom and I just wanted to express our thanks for your help. I felt so much better after just our first phone call--you helped to de-stress (or as much as possible) an extremely stressful situation.
Your service was as quick as you said, but most satisfactorily, personal. We never were 'out of the loop' or intimidated once you took over!
Thanks again, the peace of mind you have given us is the best $1,000 we've ever spent :)"

"Hello! I would like to tell you of Mr. Parrack's capabilities and professionalism. He did everything he said he could in a matter of 72 hours after I contacted him. He stayed in touch throughout the process and let me know how things were
progressing. It is amazing how fast he can accomplish the job of getting the IRS off your back. His advice, you can take to the bank. He knows what he is talking about. If you want action now, don't go any farther. Stop here and you will be happy with the outcome. He
worked with me on paying his fee, and I was extremely happy. I would rather pay him than let the IRS take everything. Be honest and trust him, he will do you right."

"I initially responded to Jeff Parrack's website because I liked the fact that he posts how much he charges and he's blunt. NO OTHER WEBSITE DOES THAT, and I looked at a bunch of them. I sent him an e-mail on Tuesday, spoke to him on Tuesday at 6 p.m.,
and by Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. the nightmare was over. I've been a paralegal for over 20 years, and the IRS scares me to death. I wouldn't negotiate with an insurance company on my own behalf, and neither would I negotiate with the IRS. THERE ARE THINGS
THEY ARE NOT REQUIRED LEGALLY TO TELL YOU, things that are of great advantage to you. Hiring Jeff was the best money I ever spent."

"Jeff Parrack was quick, courteous, and kind when I had my brush with the IRS. He is a consummate professional who understands how frightening a levy notice can be to the average taxpayer. He explained in detail what he was going to do for me and
what it would cost, and he guaranteed that if he couldn't have my levy released he'd refund my money. I felt better just talking to him, and felt great two days later when my levy was released. I'd recommend him to anyone and everyone with a tax issue. Thanks, Jeff."

"Jeff and I talked for about 30 minutes on Wednesday. I was very upset and troubled and had not slept very well the night before I called him because I had received the levy notice from my employer the
previous day. Jeff told me he would probably have my wage levy released by Tuesday. I immediately faxed him the POA and he immediately faxed it to IRS. On Friday he talked to IRS and spoke with a Customer Service Representative. Jeff later told me that this CSR was
definitely one of the best he had ever talked to; she told him she would have to run this case by her manager for approval, but that I met the requirements to be classified as Currently Non-Collectible (CNC). She told him it might up to five days before we received the
Wage Levy Release (he told me me thought this was way too long but he didn't want to cause a problem with this kind lady).
But then he told me that he got a faxed copy of the Release of
Levy within about an hour! I wish I could talk to that particular CSR and tell her how much I appreciate her fast work to get my levy released so fast. I was sure surprised when he called me and told me how fast it all happened. I even recommended Jeff to my payroll
department supervisor. Maybe he will get some more clients due to his fast action on my problem." Susan L. Euless, TX

"I talked to Jeff for about 30 minutes on Saturday. I was still skeptical about using some guy off the Internet I knew nothing about, but he was so good on the phone that I decided to trust him. He told
me that he would probably have my wage levy released by Wednesday. I just thought, "Yeah! Sure you will." On Monday we talked again and I gave him the go-ahead. I also told him that one of my co-workers thought I was a bit loony to trust some Internet guy. He jokingly told
me to go tell my friend, "Jeff wants to bet you the $595 fee that he can get my wage levy released, but all you have to bet is $50."
He got my wage levy released that same day and when he
called me I just laughed and told him that I showed my friend the copy of the Release of Levy and that I just smiled. I'll definitely tell my friends about what Jeff did for me even though it's embarrassing to tell them that the IRS garnished my wages." Michael
L. Bedford, OH
"Jeff, thank you so much for your assistance concerning my wage levy. I had no idea that you would be able to resolve my problem so quickly. I'm definitely looking forward to resolving my
compromise next year. I've included my first of two installments for payment of your services. Thanks again for your prompt service. Have a great year until we speak again."
B. Amis
Cleburne, TX
"Jeff, you can imagine my shock and surprise when I received my payroll check last week and discovered a wage levy from the IRS for nearly $1,400.00.
After a futile battle and letter writing war with the IRS for the past three years, they decided to arbitrarily and without notification to me, issue a wage levy against my payroll check. I didn't know what to do, I felt like I was up against a brick wall
and nowhere to go ......then I thought to go to a search engine on the Internet and typed in "IRS wage garnishment" and my prayers were answered when I was referred to your website.
I must
admit I was tentative at first. I was concerned about the "ripoff artists" out there, but I needed help fast! I couldn't survive without my paycheck. So, after perusing your thoroughly detailed website including a list of your fees and your assurance that
your services were guaranteed or I wouldn't have to pay ....... I took the leap and called you.
To make a long story short, you were able to obtain a Release of Wage Levy within a week; you
also managed to correct the mess with the IRS. Now, instead of owing them nearly $20,000, I owe nothing. Not only that, I'm getting back the money taken by my employer, thanks to you!
As I told you yesterday on the phone, "you really are too good to be true." But you are!! Please find enclosed my check for your services rendered and my heartfelt thanks and appreciation. You don't know the load that has been lifted!
Please feel free to use my name as an endorsement."
